Business communications
Our text messaging program is limited to job applicants. We do not send business marketing, sales follow-ups, or business appointment and account texts through this program. Business inquiries can be handled by email or phone. Previously collected business text-message consent does not authorize applicant texts.
Recruiting text messaging
By selecting the optional recruiting-text checkbox, you agree to receive automated texts from CrewKPI, doing business as MoreCrews, for your application to the employer named on your application at the phone number you provide. Messages cover that job application, interview invitations and reminders, and hiring updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to apply or be hired. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact support@morecrews.com for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please tell us if you change your number. Our Privacy Policy explains how phone numbers and consent records are used and retained.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of MoreCrews, operated by CrewKPI doing business as MoreCrews. By using MoreCrews, you agree to these terms. If you use MoreCrews for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. The service
MoreCrews helps businesses manage recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, scheduling, and related advertising workflows. Features may change over time. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit and for your hiring decisions.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not use MoreCrews unlawfully, to discriminate, to submit harmful content, to interfere with the service, or to violate the rights of candidates, applicants, or others.
4. Hiring and advertising responsibility
You are solely responsible for your job listings, recruiting practices, employment decisions, advertising content, and compliance with applicable employment, privacy, consumer-protection, and advertising laws and platform policies. MoreCrews does not guarantee a particular hiring result, applicant volume, or advertising outcome.
5. Fees
If you purchase a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes presented to you. Unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
MoreCrews and its content, software, and branding are owned by MoreCrews or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you provide, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
MoreCrews is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need. To the extent permitted by law, MoreCrews will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination and contact
You may stop using MoreCrews at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms or to protect the service. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@morecrews.com.
