Past business text-message choices

Our text messaging program is limited to job applicants. Our business inquiry forms no longer collect text-message consent. We retain past business consent records and STOP withdrawals to honor your choices and resolve disputes; these records do not authorize applicant texts. Deleting a lead profile does not automatically erase these records. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Recruiting text messages

If you choose to receive recruiting texts, CrewKPI, doing business as MoreCrews, sends application updates, interview invitations, reminders, and hiring updates on behalf of the employer named on your application. We record your choice, the exact disclosure and its version, the phone number and job it covers, the time received, the application page, and available browser and hosting-provider IP information. We also retain withdrawals, including STOP replies. Consent records are kept separately from editable applicant details to document permission, honor your choices, and resolve disputes; deleting an applicant profile does not automatically erase these records. Access is restricted to authorized staff and service providers needed to operate the messaging service. Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Texting is optional. You can apply and be considered without agreeing to texts. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help, or contact support@morecrews.com. Requests about retained records can be sent to privacy@morecrews.com. See our Text Messaging Terms.

Website analytics

We measure homepage visits, including repeat visits, using a first-party browser identifier. The identifier expires after 90 days without a recorded visit. We record the page path, referring website, campaign tags, advertising click identifiers when provided, and visit time. We also receive an approximate city, region, country, and map location derived from your IP address by our hosting provider to show where visits originate. We link recorded visits to a lead when you submit our form so we can understand which sources bring customers to MoreCrews. This tracker does not record form contents, full referring URLs, or IP addresses in the analytics records. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also opt out below; this stops future website analytics for this browser and clears its analytics identifier.

1. Overview

CrewKPI, doing business as MoreCrews, provides recruiting services and hiring software for businesses. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, submit a lead form, configure a job, or communicate with us. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company information, job details, candidate information, and recruiting preferences. We also collect technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and product activity.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve MoreCrews, operate recruiting workflows, communicate with you, provide support, protect the service, measure performance, and meet legal obligations. We use candidate information on behalf of the business that submitted or invited the candidate.

4. Advertising and Meta data

If a customer connects a Meta advertising account to MoreCrews, we use the permissions the customer authorizes to create, manage, and measure that customer's advertising campaigns. We use that information only to provide the requested advertising functionality and do not sell Meta platform data.

5. When we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate MoreCrews, such as hosting, communications, analytics, payment, and advertising providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. For detailed deletion instructions, visit our Data Deletion page. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
